Our Activities  
  • Running  free legal aid clinics at Vivekananda Nagar ( 3 no. Srinagar gate, Madhyagram ) Samparka (Madhyagram Municiaplity Area ) , Sampriti (Rajarhat Gopalpur Municiplaity Area , nr. Kali Park) , Bishnupur I Panchayat (Nr. Rajarhat Thana) , Bishnupur II Panchayat (Nr. B.D. O Office , Rajarhat) for women, children and senior citizens
  • Conducting Legal awareness Program in urban, semi urban and rural areas
  • Published a book on “Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005” in Bengali
  • Organised Seminar titled as “Paribarik Hinsha Protirodh Aine Ebong Amader Kartobya” on 23rd July, 2007 at Bangla Academy.
  • Organized awareness program on the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act,2005 at Barasat District Bar Association on 23.05.2009. This program was attended by Judges, Advocates and representatives from various NGO.
  • Distribution of text books & School uniform annually among marginalized section of students.
  • Conducted awareness Program on Thalacaemia and organised Blood test for detecting carrier at Park Institution for girls,Kolkata.
  • Our project " Staying Alive – Legal Literacy Programme among Women and Children " is currently in its last phase of implementation.It is a I/CF –KUSP project funded by DFID and implemented in 27 wards of Rajarhat Gopalpur Municipality under North 24 Parganas in West Bengal where there are 60 Govt authorized slums.
  • Project under Sir Dorabji Tata Trust for the Legal Literacy at Bishnupur1 & 2 No Panchayats, Rajarhat, North 24 Paragana.
  • Running of Self Help Groups comprising of woman in rural areas of West Bengal collaboration with Andrew Yule Co. & Ltd. At Rajarhat Area.
  • Imparting vocational training in association with Government Agencies for empowerment of women.
  • Seminar in collaboration with State Women Commission at the District Office at Barasat on the proper implementation of PWDVA-05 and other women friendly laws.
